"My experience with Susan and Kristen was magic from beginning to end.  There, of course, were the obvious elements you look for in a design company: clear communication, excellent vision, strong detail orientation, expertise in the field, abundant face time availability, and transparent record-keeping. But I'd say Susan and Kristen's skill sets are many layers deeper: in an organic and effortless way, they can strain from the the abstract a concrete manifestation of their clients' longing for meaning and value and energy and style in their space. On top of all that, they are genuine and natural and fun as heck to be around. I began grieving their absence in my home and my life the day after our project ended."

"My wife and I were new to the Denver area and we were looking to remodel and redesign our log home in the foothills. Neither one of us had a clue on how to put everything together to realize our vision. Then we met Kristen and Susan....and we hit it off right away. We had talked to several designers prior to them, but we weren't impressed. kristen and Susan were different though...we hit it off right away. They really "got" what we were trying to do (log home theme with an industrial flair) and completely helped us to put together a plan to realize the dreams we had.

As we were new to the area, we were starting from scratch in terms of builders, suppliers, etc. Trying to sort through all that was a little intimidating from the start. No problem with Kristen and Susan...they had a list of builders with whom they had worked previously...and they helped line the interviews to select the one that fit our needs. And their knowledge of the local businesses/suppliers for cabinets, doors, windows, flooring, countertops, appliances, lighting, furniture, paint, tile...you name it...was deep and amazing.

The real joy of working with Kristen and Susan was in the day-to-day working relationship we had with them. They were with us every single step of the way...and it is almost impossible to overstate that. We had regular weekly walkthroughs of the progress at our home...and in between, we would get phone calls, texts, emails with ideas/suggestions on everything from backsplash to art. No matter what day of the week or what time of day, they were there for us...and we couldn't be more grateful.

Today when my wife and I look at the finished product, we sometimes have to pinch ourselves to be sure it really happened...and that we have finally realized our dream of having our special place in the mountains where we can entertain family and friends. Thank goodness we had the great fortune of meeting Kristen and Susan."

"When we purchased our house in Boulder, we faced the daunting task of fully furnishing the house and revamping the electrical and audio/video systems while living 2,000 miles away.  Our realtor suggested Rogan Adams Design for the task.  We met with Susan Rogan and Kristen Adams and immediately developed a connection.  We agreed a game plan as well as target budget and Susan and Kristen went to work.  Through texts, e-mails, phone calls, and periodic on-site meetings, we developed a room by room plan.  Acting as designers and on-site quasi general contractors, Susan and Kristen began to execute the plan.  Communication has been the key with honest, timely feedback from all parties essential to making this work.  Augmented by items we ordered in New York and would ship to Susan and/or Kristen, in seven months working as a fluid team we have the house that has met or exceeded all expectations.  Couldn’t have done this without Rogan Adams Design."
